We were quite impressed by the systems put into place at
the LTU in a very short span of time.
The effort is indeed quite commendable and truly deserves recognition and
appreciation by all concerned. The
results achieved by the LTU in terms of the organizational objectives are also
undoubtedly quite gratifying and satisfactory and speak volumes about its
success. This model if replicated
throughout the country would greatly increase taxpayer satisfaction as well as
revenues. |
